This "Get Out" business seems to be a new theme of yours. I'm thinking you would have a whole lot more success if you rephrased this as a polite request.

I created the Orange Men threads from a request by Mags. I'm always looking for different and better ways to moderate the forum. It's an ever evolving playbook. Just like in real life, some things work, some things don't. This is not really working as there have been opposing parties posting in both threads.

I'm not going to ask staff to moderate these two threads for anything beyond personal insults.

It's the playoffs, the Blazers are in the playoffs, this is a Blazer forum. Our site traffic has gone way up, especially with the amazing run our favorite team has been on. I need staff to continue to do their excellent job on the basketball side of things. Asking them to do additional duties in just two non Blazer threads is not what is best for the site and our members.

When the NBA playoffs are over and after our Blazers have won the 'ship we might look into this again.

I have a simple solution: Minstrel can just not bother stopping by this thread. Due to the nature of it, it will pretty much self-manage, anyway. That way, he'll have more time to spend modding Blazer-related, and other, threads. Win-win. Plus, he's a Trump hater. Them types aren't allowed here. You said. :)

You're a good man, ABM and I've always fallen back on that fact as my base.
Did I read Sly's op on the subject? Yes, and I am complying with his request. I wish others would do the same but I'm not king in here nor do I wish to be. It's a tough job and my hat's off to those who do their best to moderate.

I absolutely love this decision by the Republicans. The picture shown in the tweet is a classic juxtaposition between the haves and have nots, and what the haves are willing to do to protect their privilege (Even when it isn’t exactly threatened). The appearance of those two gene pool drop outs won’t have any effect on Trump’s hard core base (they’re solid regardless) but I predict Marie Antoinette and her midget consort are going to trigger undecided voters to swing left......They certainly won’t help Trump’s cause.
