GO DUCKS!

lol. Are there even duck fans left that didn't actually go to the school?

So, who is gonna be the positive spin person? Cause I don't see any reason not to just leave Helfrich and his staff on the tarmac if this shit doesn't turn around in the 2nd half, shit at least play the freshmen kid... If Prukop isn't winning us games what's the point of him playing?

This Clemson vs Louisville game is insane.

Prucuck is the worst qb they've had in a decade.

Well the loss sucks but at the least I won't have to listen to the Fans With Rose Colored Glasses and that "Coaching Staff Continuity" Bull shit anymore. Bye bye Mark.

When Washington embarrasses and destroys the Ducks on their own field you and every other fan can rejoice in Helfrich being fired.

How's that for positive spin?

Today must have been poaching then.

So, I'm wondering... was it just Chip Kelly's system that made Oregon look good... or did they actually have good players?

They looked pretty decent under Bellotti, Helfrich is just a horrible recruiter and developer now that he doesn't have Chip recruits to ride the coat tails of.

They were pretty good before chip. I just think helfrich really isn't a great coach.

I didn't even bother watching this game. And glad to see that my instinct that said doing chores would be more worthwhile than watching the Ducks loose to another no name team were correct. But in the new QB and let him start learning.

Oregon had success with a great QB and great RB for a decade...they scored so quickly that they won a lot until they played a big defensive line that could tear them apart.....this season they only have a great RB and maybe the worst offensive/defensive line I've seen in a long time. They are also a penalty/turnover machine..and the coach is an idiot. Helfrich can't ride the coattails of a Mariotta this season and looks like his walking papers won't be long in coming. Until they start recruiting defenders instead of track stars...they are going to have to rebuild from scratch...I really didn't understand why they rented this QB for one season..

On a positive note....I'm actually excited for Duck basketball and plan to see a lot of home games this year

Without using the interweb, tell me who said this:

"Fortunately, I keep my feathers numbered for just such an emergency."
