I hope they absolutely embarrass BYU next Saturday.
BTW - Why doesn't BYU play most of their games on Saturday? I've seen three BYU games so far this year, when my goal starting the season was none.
I mean, I can appreciate having some football to watch on Thursday night if the NFL match-up sucks, but why is it always Utah, BYU, Utah St., etc.?
Normally, I watch one or two BYU games a year, when they play teams like Notre Dame, but this season I've seen three or four already. Is Thurs/Fri scheduling the only way they can make people watch their games?
Is there a religious thing with the Mormons about playing on Saturday?
I will say this though... watching BYU has given me a good laugh at the Mormons playing football at BYU this season. "Inexperienced Freshman quarterback Taysom Hill is matching up against the other team's Junior quarterback!"... "Well, Taysom's a Freshman, but he's 22 years old, and the opposing Junior quarterback is only 20, so..."
It is amazing that Pocatello, Idaho produced a starting NCAA quarterback though. I spent a summer up there, and the only things I thought they'd ever produce were potatoes and serial killers.
