Jokingly. Eminem always does sh*t like that. I remember on a show, I think it was Saturday Night Live (maybe not), he put on a puppet show as a joke and started dissing people. He's a funny guy. He's just messing around.

Messing around is fine, but he took some shots at Dre that were offensive. He called him out on alot of stuff that's true, and it made him look bad.
