A lot of it isn't that the ref is waiting for them to complain. The ref is coming to halt and reaching in their back pocket for the flag, it takes a little bit.
 
I still think Thomas is light years ahead of Masoli in throwing the football.

this is true. HE can add that arch on it that Masoli couldnt. His balls he can get over the top really seem to benefit Paulson most of all. Maehl having an uncharacteristic night.

I don't agree. Katz looks like a chicken with his head cut off every time he's rushed. I also saw him throw a lot of questionable passes in double and triple coverage. He's got a lot of work to do. Also, Quiz isn't what he has been the last couple years, but I think a lot of that has to do with the horrible play of the offensive line.

Oregon St. definitely has a lot of things to improve on if they want to play good late season football like they usually do.

there have been about 3 of those tonight that could have been laterals that were counted as incomplete.

The throws are soooo close.... I mean, just a little less air and they'd be going for six.

Tennessee is perinially good, its not the Ducks fault that the program turned to shit in a hurry.

Riley needs to realize he plays in a tough Pac-10 conference and allow his team that is notorious for its slow starts to get a couple games in for practice. This isn't a crazy idea. Its what all the powerhouse teams do, play 1 tough non-conference games and two cupcakes. Take care of business and its a recipe the BCS likes.

yep. With a little more experience he will be great IMO.. I dont wanna look ahead and I know a lot of things could change... but imagine When (if they all stay which I think is likely) but Darron, LaMichael, and Kenjon all as seniors. Then Seastrunk and Williams will be Sophomores I think. Thats a LOADED backfield.

These refs have been pretty garbage tonight I'm not gonna lie.
 
not why they dont have momentum or anything.. but these refs just have been making bad calls.
