Even though this isn't Oregon football, I figured this would be the best place to get conversation going about the game.
I'm sure being from the region, ya'll know more about Boise State than I do at this point, and I was just wondering what my Spartans are up against.
The Spartans lose their starting QB, Kirk Cousins, and an unproven Jr. QB, Andrew Maxwell takes over for him. Personally, as a diehard Spartan fan, I was never sold on Cousins and feel like Maxwell might even be an improvement.
The Spartans also lose Jerel Worthy on defense (now with the Packers), but their secondary is going to be one of the best in the nation. They also return one of the NCAA's best RB's in Le'Von Bell.
What does Boise State bring back? Everybody knows about Kellen Moore and Doug Martin, as well as all of the defensive players they'll lose. Do they stand a chance playing this game in East Lansing?
