Lopez was awful. 5 of 14 shooting. 5 rebounds. And let way past his prime Shaq go off for 25 pts and 11 rebs on 90% shooting.

Sure, Lopez has the occassional good game but on average, he's a complete dud at the center position (horrible shooting, horrible rebounder). There's no way in HELL I would trade Oden for him.

What the fuck? How is this thread In the off-topic forum?

His career numbers are 16/8 on 50% shooting. If a Blazer put up those numbers, you would call them all-star worthy!

More to the point, Lopez is *healthy*. He actually puts on a uniform and plays! I'm sorry, but you might be the only person on the planet who thinks Oden is more valuable than Lopez.

Look at Oden's body of work against Shaq. Not very impressive.

You think the numbers might be slightly different if Brook had Boston's supporting cast and Shaq was playing next to Kris Humphries?

Again, if you really think Brook Lopez is that bad, take my money by making a bet.

WTF, Nate? There are tons of threads in the main forum about players on other teamS. Furthermore, my post was Blazer related becaue I was saying I wouldn't trade Oden for him.

Iverson has good career numbers too but he's gone down since then. Lopez's numbers are dropping and it's only his third year.

As for a bet, I don't gamble. 70 days in GA.
