Marc Stein...

The Kings' pain is bound to continue with Tuesday's visit to Houston, where they'll find Kev Martin fresh off his first 40-point game as a Rocket and scoring with All-Star-ish efficiency ... while Landry sits on the trade block.

Not that i think cho will get this done but.... hes another guy we really could use.

dont think we can trade pryz or camby but im all for rudy being shown the door

Is that kind of like "New Kids on the Block"? :ohno:

Including Pryz would create another defenciency at another position. I would rather have Pryz and Dante than just Landry.

Yeah, Landry would have to play PF with Aldridge at center. We already do that a little bit with Cunningham, and Landry would be a huge upgrade over Cunningham, so I think it could work.

Miller and Fernandez for Landry and Udrih? I'm just throwing shit out there.

lol at cho....

landry.
randolph.
varejo.

yet not even a rumor we are interested. unreal. instead cunningham keeps getting minutes.

jesus maybe... someone should email cho just so he is aware that theres 3 guys out there that we badly need to fix our bench issues.

I think Jesus should e-mail Cho. Wait, Cho is from Burma.. Does he know the truth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?

ok i dont care who emails him.... just get us a legit nba player off bench

Send them a first rounder for him, and our DPE. They get a first for a guy who will walk in the offseason. Better than nothing, and they aren't competing anyways.

Landry was overrated by many on this board. He's simply not that good of a player. He's not 12.8 PER-bad, but he's not as good as his numbers the last few years, either, I don't think. And at 27 I doubt he gets much better.

Would he be a huge step up at the backup PF spot? Sure... but that's not enough reason to move pieces to get him.

Ed O.

I don't see how if we move role players who don't fit in the current team makeup, for another role player, how it could hurt. Remember we have a trade exception to use. So we don't have to send out as much as we are getting back.

SAC needs a PG badly, that's what they are after in most trades

Something like that sounds fair; I would definitely not trade Pryzbilla. But i do think the Blazers will wait to see what will be happening with Roy; if it turns out he isn't gonna be effective they may want to save all draft picks to include in a trade for an impact player.

Landry has been a disappointment this year, had to drop him from my fantasy team.

Now you just want to trade for the sake of making a move.

Carl Landry is a huge MEH.

he'd be a great backup for 3 mil per but he'll likely never accept that and he a FA this summer so why bother? Kris Humphries is also a guy I like but he's also an expiring, I think for now it's better for us to go after guys who have a few yrs at least left

Maybe he is afraid of shaking LMA's confidence. Maybe he is just afraid to make a move that might give ammunition to those who think LMA is over-paid.

Then again, maybe the team (Vulcans?) have just decided to ride things out until 2012. :dunno:

The part I really don't get is that with all of these bums on our team why more GMs aren't burning up Cho's cell phone trying to trade for them. I mean what's the hold up?

I know. They must all be Blazer fans, and not want to trade for these awesome players for fear of breaking up what ill be the best team ever!!! Years from now we will find out other GM's secretly covet Armon Johnson, Rudy Fernandez, Luke Babbit and others, but they didn't pull the trigger because they didn't want to endanger the chance the Blazers will have to be a 10 year dynasty, lead by Armon Johnson, Rudy Fernandez, Nick Batum and Greg Oden!

Good thing they are in control, and not some homers from this message board!

I'm surprised that Cousins isn't on the market. That guy has been an absolute train wreck emotionally. It was pretty evident when he was at Kentucky that he'd be a knucklehead.
