Apparently the shouting match continued after the game with Toronto. Anyone else going to be happy when the Lakers sign him to an MAX extension?

I feel like this is great for the Blazers. Dallas has locker room/on-court problems, Houston will be getting Howard back (eventually) and could ruin team chemistry (aka Harden having the ball less), and OKC maybe not having Durant the rest of the year. We just need to get healthy, which should lead to better play, and more wins.

Called it. I sooooo called this. I would rub it in but nobody here cares.

I don't think the Lakers will sign Rondo to a max they will actually be in good position to draft Emmanuel Mudiay or DAngelo Russell. This draft is pretty deep.

Feel free to rub one out.

Oooh, you said rub it IN...sorry

Wonder what happened. After the game, Carlisle said they had moved past it. Then he gets suspended?

Funny, I thought LAL traded away their draft pick to PHX, who traded it to...another team.

It is top 5 protected this year. They would have to have a couple of teams leap frog them in order to lose it this year.

Yes. Phoenix traded that pick to Philly. So....if the Lakers get a top 5 pick, it's theirs. Otherwise, Philly gets LA's pick.

Does anyone think Lakers are building a winning roster out of nothing this summer? Heck if I'm Philly I might hope pick stays with Lakers as it's only top3 protected next year and completely unprotected after.

I think the Lakers are rebuilding what will become a winning roster. It's gonna be 2-3 years before they're a real playoff team.

Yep. They're going to get the #1, draft Okafor, get Randle back healthy, sign Rondo, get Kobe back healthy, and make the playoffs next year.

It is written.
