...and lost 82-71. I see some Z-BO in him. Nice start for a guy who I thought would be a decent pick-up when the Blazers drafted him, but I don't see him ever as a front-line player on a great team.

Come on... totally different situation than Z-Bo. This kid is a rookie, it's his first game. Memphis is a horrible team with him or without him.
 
Arthur has so much talent, when he gets it together He can average 15 and 10 on a consistent basis. Best player on the KU championship team.
 
We never had him. He was a part of a pre-arranged trade for Batum so no point on worrying about trading him or not.

OK, but I still don't see Arthur as a long-term anything for a great team.

Now watch him turn into Paul Millsap...
 
It will be interesting to see who has the better career - Arthur or Batum. It wouldn't surprise me is Arthur turns out at *least* as good as Outlaw or Webster.
 
Yeah, we could have also got a bag of weed, a couple ho's, and some free SAT Scores. C'mon. The guy is going to be another Kansas dud.
 
Mike Taylor is a guy who's done really well all pre season so I'm a bit interested to see how he does for the Clipps.

Watched the game and he didn't do much of anything to be honest, but the entire Clips team was like that after the first quarter...
 
Wow...and to think that he dropped so far in the draft due to a rumor of a nonexistant kidney problem...alotta teams will be kicking themselves over this one...hell, up until the rumor spread he was considered lottery bound!

But we have had a few very good players. Wilt, Jojo, Paul just to name a few
 
I guess everyone forgot how happy we were we traded him after the whole rookie training incident. Bah, we don't need another PF, I'll take my chances with Batum
 
Arthur was part of a deal to get Batum, whom I Like better as a prospect anyway...

glad to see he is playing well for a bad team...
