Don't you have a Mac? I don't know how to do it on a Mac, but on Windows there's a thing called "snipping tool" that lets you crop any part of the screen and save it. Then I just used the default "paint" program to draw on it. Then I uploaded it to tinypic.com, got the IMG code, and voilà!
