OT - George Karl agress to extension

Kinda weird that it happens on the same day as Nate getting his extension.

George Karl and the Denver Nuggets have agreed to terms on a new contract extension, according to league sources.
Exact terms of the deal are not known, but one source said the multiyear extension is worth at least three years. Karl, who is making $3 million this season, had been discussing the extension for much of the season with Nuggets president Josh Kroenke and general manager Masai Ujiri.

$3M? Nate was making double that. Karl's better. Look at how he didn't fall a step backward after losing Anthony, while Nate needed a couple of months to adjust to Andre Miller. Nate doesn't adjust fast within a game, either.

Having proven his ability to win games, I'm surprised HCP is applauding Nate's extension. He should be self-promoting in that thread.
