46-16 record, Manu and Parker are having brilliant seasons.

Are they the team to beat in the West?

Last season, they were 61-21 and got bounced in the first round by Memphis and ZBo.

Thoughts?

My feeling is OKC is the favorite.

I had written them off, until I watched one of there games last week. Down the stretch, they had the following 5 on the floor in crunch time.......

Duncan
Diaw
Jackson
Ginobli
Parker

I ask you to find a better 5 in the league! I believe with their late season acquisitions that they are the favorites to win it all.

Umm, Manu is not having a brilliant season..

A career-high 23.9 PER isn't brilliant? He was injured for a stretch, but he's been playing at an All-NBA level when healthy. Pop's only playing him 24 mpg; that will go up in the playoffs.

Umm, Manu is not having a brilliant season..

.666 TS%, 23.9 PER, 12.9 PPG as 6th man, .519 FG%, .432 3Pt% (on ~4 attempts/game), 4.5APG, 3.5 RPG, all in < 24 MPG.

I wanted Patty back, but he wouldn't be putting up those numbers for the Blazers. The Spurs system works so well, they just find role players to plug in and they excel.
