Off the top of my head, here is a list.
Kenny Anderson - first real HS superstar I can remember; in Sports Illustrated at age 14. Solid NBA player.
Shaquille O'Neal - went to college, one of the 5 greatest centers of all-time.
Kevin Garnett - took a year or two; Top 50 NBA all-time.
Kobe Bryant - drafted late, but well-known in hs
Amare Stoudemire - All-Star and All-NBA player
Dwight Howard - better than I thought he'd be as a pro; the most dominant player in the game when you combine both ends of the court
LeBron James - yeah
