The linked blurb calls it a "cake chart". Is "cake chart" a sports joke that I'm not familiar with?

Only if it's a thread about Raymond Felton.

Somehow it wouldnt surprise me if they actually ended up playing better team ball, Jackson steps up and they do just fine ... then I remember the Westbrook is already licking his chops.

Westbrook won't win MVP as long as Durant is on that team unless Durant misses over half the season. The title of that article just shows the mentality of Westbrook and why so many people think Durant and him have a hostile relationship.

Bro, it's a common comment Blazer fans say regarding anything OKC. OKC had a cheap foul call that cost us the game, on the back end of our winning streak, which ironically started a downward spiral for our team.

When the media interviewed Durrant, saying the league apologized for the blown call, Durant replied "tough shit!"

So anytime something shitty happens to OKC, most us fans reply "tough shit!"

It wasn't a foul. It was a goaltending call.

This notion is hilarious IMO. Team ball and Westbrook simply don't go in the same sentence. I would be VERY surprised. Durant is a MUCH better "team player" than Westbrook.

I'm not surprised Durant has a serious injury...... he was drafted right after.......

My first impression was 6 weeks would be short also. Feet don't heal as quick as other parts of the body due to blood flow. Even more so on large bodied people. You do not play with bad feet.
I would say at least 8 weeks. If he comes back too soon, I think it will hurt his career.

Sam Perkins would make an awesome comic book movie bad guy.

Well, he was a Laker, so that makes him villain material.

Kendrick Perkins, on the other hand, learned how to be a fake tough guy from Kevin Garnett. Scowl and talk shit while beating a hasty retreat. Yeah Garnett barked like a dog at Jerryd Bayless, but any pretense of toughness goes out the window when Lindsay Hunter and Matt Bonner make you their bitch.

I 100% agree. Perkins is a chump and fake tough guy.

You know who was a real tough guy?!?! Bill Lambeer. I saw him take a full punch from Charles Barkely and still come after him. That's a sign of a guy ready to give his body for his ball club. Buck Williams was another tough guy as well.

Laimbeer was the most hated player in the entire league, but the guy could take it, as well as dish it out. Barkely punched him, Parrish did multiple times, Bird did, and several more. The guy could take a punch and wasn't afraid to mix it up.

I think you mean Anthony Peeler instead of Lindsay Hunter.
