Odom was known for eating tons of candy even when he was in his prime. Sugar drops and the need for candy is a sign that he craved something, which is usually alcohol at that point. I'm guessing it's more alcohol addiction than drugs, though.

Nothing would surprise me about him, other than hanging out with Rob Kardashian seems to be even more of a losing bet than hanging with Scott Disick.

Actually last I heard, the trainwreck that is Courtney Love had actually gotten clean, or at least off of crack.

He's no longer missing!
Khloe Kardashian has stuck by Lamar Odom’s side, despite him allegedly cheating on her and using crack cocaine.
She then kicked him out of the house when the NBAer didn’t respond to an intervention the family had staged, but he disappeared!
Khloe stuck with it though and found her hubby at an El Lay hotel and she’s there now with friends who are trying to make him see the light.
