Ah those wonderful days being assigned to MDW when Berry was Mayor of DC, and Jimmy Carter in the White House. One man in out unit was a former DC cop who was exceptionally "fond" of Mayor Berry.

My exact recollection(s) as well......Unbelievable a crack smoking DC Mayor would get re-elected....That doesn't say much for the voting populace or politics period, in DC.....!!!
