Ohio State will face a one-year bowl ban in addition to losing additional scholarships and an extra year of probation in an NCAA Committee on Infractions report to be released later Tuesday, sources told The Columbus Dispatch and ESPN.

The Dispatch also reported that Ohio State will lose four additional scholarships per year for the next three years. That's on top of the five scholarships the school self-imposed. It also added a year of probation, meaning Ohio State will be subject to stiffer penalties for any repeated violations through the 2013 season.

Hiring Meyer will be interesting then... this guy is the king of money under the table recruits!!! HAHAHAHA!

How about a bowl win forfeiture for the past three years?

USC must be livid at this point. tOSU knowingly played ineligible players, didn't report it, and took a BCS slot away from a team that didn't cheat.

I'm pissed as a USC fan, but really, what can i do at this point. Un-fucking-believable, though, that a coach knowingly covering up an issue for a year gets this, and USC got what they did. Complete shit.
