Those 8 points he scoreD in triple OT inspired his team in London and suddenly, they've won 5 games in row and are only 5.5 games behind Pacers/Bobcats with 17 games to play. This is doable. Go Nets!!

I've got nothing against New Jersey, and I wish the best for Catfish, but I will never ever utter the words "Go Nets".

That wouldn't happen to have anything to do with Deron Williams, would it?

They would be a lock for the playoffs, if only they still had Yi!

Go Blazers

Good god, the Nets are 19 games under 0.500 and would have to pass 4 teams to make the 8th seed. It ain't happening, and I doubt even Nets fans want it to. I'm sure they'd rather have a high lottery pick than face a first round slaughter at the hands of the Celtic, Bulls or Heat. Nobody wants to see that.

What's the worst record ever for a play-off team? I know the Bulls were the 8th seed with a 30-52 record Jordan's second season, That was the year he broke his foot and missed 64 games. He was back and 100% healthy in time for the play-offs. In fact he set the all-time scoring average record for a post season series at 43.7 PPG - and record that still stands. And, his team got swept.

Think about that, a healthy Jordan hanging 43.7 PPG on the Celitcs - and the Bull still got swept.

So yeah, GO NETS! I can hardly wait. No matter who they face in the first round, it should be a great series.

They'll be facing the Idaho Stampede in the NBDL playoffs. I've heard the series will be riveting.

The Nets don't have their pick. Utah has it. Making playoffs means no lottery pick for the Jazz.

I thought the nets gave up their draft pick in the DWill trade. If so I'm sure Nets fans are rooting like hell to make the playoffs

is trout less famouser now? as a non-blazer, he kinda dropped off my radar

bad teams win games, sometimes in a row, but they still have to like thier future alot better than at the start of the year, they'll make the playoffs next year i would think

KingSpeed was joking. The East's 8th-best team will have about 35 wins. To get there, the .338 Nets must go 13-4 (.765) from here out. Also, the Nets stopped starting Outlaw a while back.
