i like hassan as well, but i just dont think he will ever be more then an inconsistent energy guy.... and inconsistency really isnt something you can have from an energy guy...you need him to come in and play 100 miles an hour every night, and you just havent seen that from him.

Well, while he may be an undersized SG, he can play more than inconsistency. He played in Europe for a year, and he averaged around 20 per game. Now, I won't say he'll do that here, but it means he's improved. Rest assure, he'll be brining it every night, no matter how much he plays.

thats the thing, we haven't seen him bringing it every night.... not that he was dogging it, but he wasnt cranked up to 110% on the regular. and for his role, he needs to be able to do that

I'm saying, I think he will. A year in the Euro league can help a lot of guys, and I'm hoping it'll help Hassan. I guess we just have to wait and see what he brings this year.

Why exactly are Nets fans so high on him?

Honestly, he just reminds me of the Fred Jones signing. An athletic undersized combo guard that can't shoot (trade Jones' ballhandling ability with Adams' defense, and its about even). Jones couldn't find a consistent spot on this team, so I'm wondering how Adams will.
