Bosh is just ring shopping because he knows he can't win one by himself.

Nobody can win one by themselves. You seriously can't be upset at Bosh for wanting to go wherever James goes.
I'm not upset at all. It's just that Bosh is going somewhere to be a number two. I think that says a lot about Chris Bosh's confidence in his game.
Well how many players are above LBJ? It is a unique situation, kinda like a comet.
I hope this is true, otherwise the Bulls might be looking at Joe Johnson and David Lee.
The cap figures are all over the place. David Aldridge says they have the space to sign a MAX FA and 98% of another, worst case, but he thinks they have enough space (by his numbers) to sign the two.
I'm not at all surprised that two of the top FAs might decide to see if they can sign with the same team. They know each other well enough and want to play together.
Trading away Hinrich so the Bulls can sign Bosh is interesting. The Bulls had Rose and Hinrich at guard, now they have Rose and some D-League type player (or vet minimum type signee). Can LeBron play SG?
Rose, scrub
Noah, Bosh?
LeBron, Bosh
Bench: Deng, Gibson, Johnson.
If LeBron plays SG, Deng fits nicely in the starting lineup, but the bench is shit.
With that team the bench doesn't matter. The refs will give superstar calls to three people in the starting lineup. They can play 40+ minutes per night and never worry about fouling out while going 75-7.

Sweet, so is the NBA even going to be worth watching from a Trail Blazer fan standpoint. No way we contend with the Lakers, Bulls if they sign these two, and possibly Miami, though, minus Wade and whoever there team is weak. Wish we could trade for someone proven.
That may be difficult to do without a permanent GM. Don't worry, though, Larry Miller is going to dust of the Rolodex sometime tomorrow morning and start making some calls.

How many rings are there on LBJ's fingers?

I don't think LBJ or Bosh would want to 'cheapen' their rings by going to the Bulls. This sounds more like an agent using PR to spin the media.
Though, if the unlikely occurred and a mass of superstar free agents sign together, I could see a cataclysmic shift towards more and more teams acquiring elite NBA players (sort of like NY signing Randolph after Boston acquired KG/Ray Allen or Dallas trading for Kidd except with bigger names).
If the Bulls get both LeBron AND Bosh - Damn! That would be amazing for them. I remember the year Orlando came THAAAAAAT close to nabbing Hill AND Duncan.I hope this is true, otherwise the Bulls might be looking at Joe Johnson and David Lee.

Deng can attempt to become a sixth-man bench anchor. As soon as he has a nice year, he should be moved for quality depth.

LeBron at PG, Rose at SG, Deng, Noah, Bosh up front. Works.
Taj off the bench, plus D-Leaguers.
The Bulls could conceivably go LeBron and Joe Johnson.
Rose, Johnson, Noah, LeBron, Taj. Works.
Deng super sub / 6th man. Plus D-Leaguers.

I'd prefer, LeBron/Bosh/Rose/Noah and a spot up shooter at SG. Someone who can play off the ball and defend, more easy to find.
Either you need to trade Deng to get more cap space, or sign Bosh somehow and trade Deng to fill in other gaps.
