We have a pretty thin roster, to be sure, but the Sixers would have to waive some players and we could get them back later, or we could just guarantee our three Euros minutes if they came over RIGHT NOW. But we'd have a pretty killer playoff rotation:

Bigs: Aldridge, Brand, Oden [Freeland/rookie (Vucevic?)]
Wings: Wallace, Iguodala, Roy [Claver/rookie(?)]
PGs: Miller, Mills [Koponen/rookie [Darius Morris/Nolan Smith/Reggie Jackson?]

That team would almost be designed to match up with the Heat: Wallace takes LeBron, Iggy takes Wade, LaMarcus takes Bosh, the Heat have no answer for Miller/Roy/Oden!

Given Nate's recent comments about needing vets, and his experience coaching D on team USA, which was essentially Iguodala, I've got to think he's BEGGING Buchanan and Born to go after Iggy.

Iggy/Wallace at the swing spots is one of the very rare types of lineups where I might prefer to have Patty Mills as our starting PG over Andre.

Maybe. But Batum and Camby? I would think they'd go for it. A young core of Jrue, Turner and Batum at the 1, 2, 3 is pretty nice. And saves them some money. For us, you start Miller(or upgrade), Iggy, Wallace, Aldridge, Oden? or, you could go Miller, Matthews, Iggy, Wallace, Aldridge in small ball lineups, which I could see us closing games out with. If they want to shed more salary, make it Batum and Camby for Iggy and Lou Williams. it's a million off, so, see ya Babbit. Or, send Minny Rudy in a 3 way, for the #20.
