The usual way is to have one broadcast come out of an event "CLEAN", meaning no announcers or graphics. That feed gets shot out to whatever team back in their home market pays for it. Then that team, the Blazers for example, will put their graphics and announcers over the feed then send it out to their local market. This is done all the time for major sporting events like the NBA Finals, or Olympics. This is called a world feed. I want to say that MSG is covering the Knicks game and that's it.
