The Timbers games are so exciting. I had never been to a game until I got hired to work there. If any of you go, come say hello. I work between sections 111 & 112 helping people find their seats, even though they never sit in them. I love it when The Timbers Army chants to the people in the Key Bank Club " All those sitting stand up now"!

nice I'll come say hi sometime! and yeah we chanted to the Key Club "FOR THE ROSE CITY.. STAND UP!" :)

LOL Us in the Key Club were too busy eating free hotdogs and cracker jacks to stand up. :) Seriously though I was up yelling my a$$ off, the T.A. is so loud you can't help but join em.

I've been completely converted. I love the Timbers experience and I'm really starting to appreciate and understand the game. It's super fun.

THIS, is what it comes down to. You wonder why many chicks don't like to watch football? Most of the time it has to do with them not understanding all the rules, strategies, and the nuisances of the game.

Soccer is the same, if you don't understand it you won't respect it. The 'pros' make it look so easy it can seem boring. But if you understood how impossibly hard it is to control the ball with your foot like a magnet, and how much strategy is involved in keeping possession of it while sprinting at full speed, then you can start to get enthralled by the game and how truly amazing it's athletes are.

theres no pity in the rose city!

Man those guys make my think good thoughts. I even listen to Strong at night to keep abreast of the latest.

I can see offsides now without the help of a ref or another spectator! :)
