I do on occasion listen to Bob Marley or His Son, Toots and the Maytails also...it's Jamaican 'Mahn' soul music....

I used to have 3 good friends at work that were Jamaican, Carla, Donna, and Hopeton.
I was their Supervisor and they used to bring me Jamaican food like Cheese, Bread, Candy and Rum. Their food is delicious especially The Rum but it's Very Strong. :clap:

Honest Injun, I did not watch the Oscars, I have yet to even see the news of Who and What Won, still haven't even 'Googled' the results neither.....may take a week, ......or two...

With all the BS black hype and racists black over tones, I had no desire whatsoever to watch the Bullshit.....
Chris Rock (:craphead:), was a poor choice for MC, and the flies kept coming with no end in sight, to the shit-fest party...

My 'late' brother used to work the Oscars, Grammy's and other Tinseltown events; venues as Security, backstage.... he saw more shit than I can mention, and I'd loved his take on this years garbage, but then if he were alive, I really doubt he would of accepted this years assignment(s), - (Grammy's included)...:smiley-muha:

I bet those were epic. Did they ever bring in Jamaican "Jerk"??? That is their version of spicy marinated BBQ'd meats, often served on sticks, like Shish Ka-Bobs....and Yep, Jamacain Rum is perhaps the best Rum I've ever had the pleasure to drink....

I got to say, there is another organic product that comes out of Jamaica other than Blue Mt. Coffee (at a couple hundred $$$ a lb) and never worth the price. Unlike Jamaican Cannabis, which was always worth the money; (when I was still young, a student, and bachelor, on spring break in the early 70s, waltzing around F-L-A, and Hotlanta). Some of the best smoke I can ever recall in those good old days, only attainable on the East Coast, whereas Thai was the cup winner on the left coast.....

that was long before I had clean up my act, "get a haircut and get a good job", raise a family, and don't be a slob, get a TSAR and maintain a semblance of order for a career....

Spinning Heads lol.... I used to smoke WEED everyday I used to get it from my Friend Hopeton at the Bank Of New York which is J.P. Morgan Chase now. I was his Supervisor and he provided it for me. Then there was a major Drug Investigation and I had to Quit because of Random Drug Testing. It Relaxes me. They should make it LEGAL. Maybe that is why my Brain is Fried. :biglaugh:

Your not saying you caused "Black Monday" and the Wall Street Crash...? The Bail Outs....?:biglaugh:

So is Florida not a "medicinal use" or "Green State"....??? IMO, it should be, all states s/b, if but for one single reason alone, ie the hundreds of thousands who live with Epilepsy. I watched a great documentary last night on Cancer and Cannabis treatments for it, other than Chemo-Therapy, very interesting.

Of course the 2 part, 2 hour each Dr. Sanjay Gupta Documentaries on Cannabis, ie "Charlotte's Web", and the CBD oils which can stop the need for very strong anti-seizure pills.... in lieu of something organic, that will not leave the side effects of chemotherapy.... My son spent 29 years on those very dangerous epilepsy meds....
 
I haven't even so much as taken a toke of a joint in over 20 years.

...yeah, that's pretty much all I use it for nowadays...I don't partake during the day...just 2-3 time a week at night...helps me to wind down a sleep well.
