Josh Childress, ok. Wait, Qyntel Woods?!

Bob Finnan of The News-Herald said:
Qyntel Woods, who last played for the Knicks in 2006-07, might be one of the best available. The 29-year-old played for Asecco Prokom Gdynia in Poland last year and was first-team all-Euro and first-team all-defense. He's a 6-8, 230-pounder who can score. Josh Childress is a restricted free agent, as the Hawks can match any offer he gets. He has a deadline of July 15 of whether he'll return to Greece. Two other options are Richard Jefferson and Ronnie Brewer.

I'd say Childress or keep the cap savings. It's time for Cleveland to burn it down and start again.

Childress wouldn't be a bad option, he's no centerpiece to build a team around, but he's a good passer, good defender, good rebounder and efficient shooting the ball. If they were to offer him something in the 8-9 million per year range for 4 or 5 years he'd be worth it (and there'd be no way the Hawks would match).

But as Maxiep said, it's time to burn it down and start over, but they won't after Gilbert's "guarantee."

If Gilbert is impatient to win now, Pritchard won't be replacing Ferry.

That depends on whether they've been able to hire Jeff Stone, as that would give them more time to rebuild.

I'm not sure who can fill his shoes, but we know who can fill his mom.
