The teams in no particular order:

Atlantic: Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Toronto, New Jersey
Central: Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Indiana, Milwaukee
Southeast: Orlando, Atlanta, Washington, Miami, Charlotte
 
Frankly, I don't see any Eastern teams making the playoffs this year.

They all suck and nobody follows them.

It'll be an all-Western playoffs this season.

I think Detroit gets in before Chicago.

Sadly, there are only 15 Western teams. We'll have to let ONE in from the East as a patsy for the Lakers in the first round.
