The thread is still on the main board and highly visible. Someone will remember to move it only if it becomes pro-Democrats....

Yeah, because being right-of-center on this board is where the majority of the board is. It's something I've been asking myself lo these many years, "Where are all the left-of-center posters on this board?" :devilwink::cheers:

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Chris Kaman

Re: Who's Republican in the NBA?

I have a feeling that many of the Blazers are, including Brandon. Hi dilemma at election time went down in my head like this:

I think, with the exception of Oden and Rudy, that most if not all the rest of the Blazers are conservatives. Hell, it may be part of getting a "good bunch of guys" together, part of KP's process.

I think you've got it all wrong.

Doesn't want to vote
Alone time during National anthem
Historical figure he'd like to meet: Malcolm X

Brandon's voting dilemma had nothing to do with being a conservative and voting against a black guy in a historical election, it was about participating in an election at all. He may very well be conservative, but not like your thinking, well at least that is what I am thinking.

You know what I like about Brandon? He can go Left or Right.

I use to think TMac might be on this list. How about Steve Nash?

Steve Nash is probably one of the MOST left wing players. He comes from a land that believes in providing healthcare to its citizens, after all, and we all know that that's socialism.

You can google political donations of the rich and famous.

Clyde Drexler is a Republican.
NBA however leans Democrat, although baseball leans Republican.
Paul Allen is a Democrat mostly (he supported Hillary Clinton in 2008) but has donated to local/state Republicans.

Clyde Drexler is a Republican.
.

I knew there was a lil more to this love than just being good on the court.

I have no doubt though it comes down to money with him in being a conservative.

Said a few words against the Iraq war, media encouraged The Admiral to publicly disagree with Nash, Robinson just snickered.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jordan is a right of center guy.

Son of a policeman.

I would bet Meyers is a conservative.

Too dumb to think about such things. Being rich will push him rightward over the years.
