Zach Randolph 22 pts, 17 rebs

Pau & Bynum COMBINED: 15 pts, 17 rebs

Factor in Marc Gasol's 11/13/3 performance and it has to be cause of concern for the Lakers if they meet the Grizzlies in the first round of the playoffs.

It must be nice to dominate all over his brother and the Laker's "fair trade"

memphis is terrible on the road. i'm sure the lakers would love to face a team that they don't have to worry about winning in la.

*edited* Did you watch the game? We beat ourselves. We made it 5 on 3 by not establishing any sort of post game and despite what you want to believe it wasn' the defense of their bigs, it was our guards not even trying. For how bad we played they barely beat us. Guarantee they don't beat us again.

Lakers would win the series in 5.

The Grizzlies beat us twice in our building. They're certainly capable of stealing one in L.A. They only have to win 25% of their road games in that series and then win 3 at home.

Was it really necessary to edit the whole post? You could have only edited the fuck off, part.

He tried to get the scoring record tonight, and he did. He made no attempt to establish a post game. Watch the fuckin' game you fuckin' idiot.

Bitter, bitter, bitter. Looking forward to crushing you guys again at the Rose Garden on Saturday. Don't miss it. It will be fun!

One more thing, I don't think the Lakers' will be facing Memphis in the playoffs on the end of an 8 game road trip and on the 2nd half of a double header. Ya know, that usually doesn't happen in April, May, or June.

Good, that will be awesome. Too bad it won't have any impact on our season. Is that what you have left to play for? Beating us? That is sad. I feel for you guys, injury riddled and all. Hopefully next year you guys can stay healthy and string it together and be a legit contender.

If you want to be the lead dog, you have to get used to having the rest of the pack snap at your heels. :devilwink:

Besides, after all the bad things that have happened to the Blazers this season, any win against a top team is something to cherish!

Fragile Lakers can't handle playing two games in two nights?

Every game is an event in this league. And I look forward to winning every game we can. Also- we may be very very healthy come April so if you guys don't figure out a way to beat us when we're shorthanded, then you're gonna be in trouble if you meet us in the playoffs.

Don't get too cocky. The Mavericks won 67 games in the 06-07 regular season and were then disposed of in 6 games by a team that had their number during that very same regular season.

Two possible impacts:

1) In the playoffs, it could get in your heads if you needed a win at the Rose Garden.

2) IF you reach the Finals, do you really want Game 7 to be in Cleveland?

No impact? Think again.

I like how you quoted him three straight times, instead of one post.

That many?

Yeah The Grizz would eek out one game... Probably a close one at home. But yeah lol @ the people who think the Grizz would actually win the series with the Lakers.

I'd agree with this, I think a :

LA - LA - MEM - LA - LA

Is the best Memphis could hope for. Memphis has never ever won a playoff GAME in their history.

yep Baby steps lol. I guess some people like to just get ahead of themselves because of their hatred for another team.

Love how you ignore the end of an 8 game road trip.

I'd love to see Memphis beat us again this year. It won't happen.

LMAO Memphis has our number? They beat us once, dude. And we won't be in trouble if we meet you in the playoffs. You guys won't be us @ STAPLES, which you'll have to. You need to worry about securing a playoff spot, first.

What does Memphis beating us have to do with playing @ the Rose Garden?

Cleveland has to get out of the east, first. They likely will, but Boston still has a lot of time left to get healthy and Orlando plays them really tough.

We played 8 road games in 13 days. When you're on the road that long, you're going to get flat. It had more to do with that than it did with the game being the end of a back to back.

Again, Memphis only beat us by two.

I guarantee you won't see Kobe miss 5 FT's again this year, either.

Pathetic, hilarious denial.

Teddy Bears > Anal rapers.

man, you bought that hook line and sinker BM.

Let's not make this Laker loss anything more than what it was. This was a classic trap game for the Lakers. They came off an emotional road win against Boston on Sunday and were flat last night against a talented, young team that plays tough at home. It happens all the time in the NBA.
