frakkin terrifying. But also a really cool concept. Not many games out there where your options when you see some monster and your choice is to run, hide, or die. Pretty cool that you cant fight back. The only thing scarier than a murderous monster, is a murderous monster that you cant kill!

This reminds me of a game on Steam called Amnesia. I don't think you could attack in that game either. It was run/hide or die as well.

you'll probably be pretty happy when Titanfall comes out. But yeah all comes down to exclusives for me. Since 90% of the games are on both consoles.

For me it came down to the Uncharted, Infamous, Ratchet and Clank, Guacamelee, ni No Kuni, type games appealed to me more than the Xbox's exlusive lists that consists of mostly shooters and racers.

Plus I actually really love MLB games and PS4 for this year at least is only game that will have MLB licenses now that 2K dropped out of Baseball.

What happened to the old Silent Hill and Resident Evil games? It seems like only the indie developers make games like these anymore. Even Dead Space turned into a crappy shooter.

When is the Show coming out btw? I heard it would probably be later than the Ps3 version, might pick up a Ps4 around the time that and Infamous comes out.

I can't see buying an Xbox when you have a PC and Playstation, too much overlap with most of the Xbox exclusives like Titanfall coming out on the PC.

not sure, I hadnt heard anything abotu a different release date, but I wouldnt be surprised if it did. I would guess at least a couple weeks before MLB season like before, but nothing I've read or anything.

Microsoft made a product that makes you pay more for a mediocre experience compared to playstation. If you want to buy an extra controller for your system, xbox controllers cost more. Games on the xbox run on a lower definition than ps4 games, and you have to shove out cash to play online on xbox, whereas it's free on ps4.

Also, ps4 costs about a hundred bucks less and they go down in price faster than xbox as time passes.

$50 for a year of PS+ but I got mine on Black friday for $25

You get much MUCH better free games and discounts on digital games from PS+ in my experience though.

Every now and then, Xbox does have a good free game with gold up. I believe FarCry 3 was a free game for a week once.

But yes, PS+ is much better.

I say this as someone whose Xbox 360 was my primary gaming machine (3 of them in fact, 2 of which I had to replace on my own dime) but some of the games that are free on Xbox live are kind of insulting lol. Their first 2 free games last summer were Asassins Creed II and Halo 3 iirc... lol! Those are like $3 each used. and Most every owner already has those games.

I still play my PS3 a bit for my back catalog games, and because there is a drought (understandably) on PS4/Xbox1 games right now.

But my xbox hasnt been turned on in 6 months.

You still miss out on console only games though like MGS and other Japanese games. PC, PS4 and MAYBE a Wii U when the price goes down again seems like the way to go.

Ps4 requires ps+ which runs 50 but also gives you at least 5 free games a month 1 on ps4 2 on ps3 and 2 on vita.

F2p games Netflix Hulu plus and the Internet are free though

Madden 25 is really fun on the xbox one. I just got it a couple days ago since they were having a superbowl weekend sale and been messing around with it. They let you relocate again now with way more immersive details thrown in. I chose to move the Rams to Portland, they gave me the options of keeping the team name or going with lumberjacks, river hogs and snow birds. Fans wanted River Hogs and some blue and silver unis. looks like the lions but nothing wrong with that.
