Outlaw knows you hate him!

Welcome to our community

Be a part of something great, join today!

I'm not going to go look for it because I could care less, but Travis has been insulted every bit as bad as you just insulted his cousin, so his cousin knows more than you on the subject apparently.

Well I'm just waiting to go into a meeting and had a little time, so I took twenty of my precious minutes and looked for this hate. It wasn't hard to find.

Travis sucked

he was a turd sandwich, with the bread also being two thinly sliced pieces of turd.

"6 year veteran."

LOL.

Sadly, we are wasting our time w/ him...he may as well be a seventh grader.

I'd be interested in Outlaw taking a wonderlic test and seeing the results, that's all I'm going to say.

Travis, you moron

Travis isn't worth the headache for his meager 10ppg production.

TO must GO just like zBO!!!

The sooner we can dump him the better.

why did we put outlaw back in

He again, looked so confused out on the court last night like he usually does. He causes so many errors on the floor with his terrible basketball IQ.

Outlaw is not worth it IMO.

Travis Outlaw was God awful.

Outlaw was flat out killing me tonight. The blame goes to just about all, but Trout was just ugly out there.

Travis is so disappointing to watch.

From now on, post all of your bitching and complaining about TO here. His play lately has certainly earned it.

Travis is a black hole

I'm mad that he is completely fucking lost on the court so many times per game, most of the time on defense.

Bad games tend to come a lot from Travis.....

As for the being done with Outlaw, I reached that point half way through last year, it gets worse, primarily because of the rationale used to defend him, but I do not want him on my team anymore.

One thing that bugged the shit out of me last night, we're down by 10, maybe 12, I dunno. Game was over, but still, usually teams start trying to get some quick 3s, see what can happen. Outlaw drives and tries to go for a big tomohawk dunk. Fucking asshole. Can't ever take the ball to the hoop and try to dunk over people, but then we're down big with a minute left, and he's going to? Posey fouled him the second time he tried it, he should have hit him harder for being an idiot.

Just the tip of the iceberg, but this post is getting too damn long already. But yeah, I can't for the life of me understand why a relative of Travis Outlaw would think Portland hated him. It just boggles my f'ing mind.

And Masbee, your a total dweeb. Could you dissect that sentence too?

Travis' cousin is a fucking moron.

What he is saying is not the truth.

Why he distorts reality, even after Travis called him on the unbelievable statement, is beyond me.

But then, Travis isn't the sharpest tool in the Blazer shed. Maybe that kind of thinking, talking, whatever, runs in the family.

Yeah, that's right Travis - I don't hate you - but I sure as hell did just dis your family.

Time to start hanging out with the SMART cousin.

Wow, an anonymous dis of the Outlaw family. Not usually Masbee's style.

Travis, pleny of us recognize what your role is and what the coaching staff expects you to do. It isn't an easy role, but some "fans" have a hard time digesting what is expected of a player with a defined role.

So what is expected in the "role". I would like to think that defined role would ask for consistency in performance. Since you threw it out there, what is role that he is succeeding so well at? I would like to see your definition of it. :pimp:

His primary role is to come in and score with the second unit. Some nights bench players hit, some nights they don't. That is why they are on the bench. The fact he blocks shots and gets steals is secondary IMO. He has a better and more defined right now than Rudy Fernandez. It will be interesting to see which of these two is traded.

Outlaw is the NBA player definition of High-risk, High-reward. Some games he looks like the best player on the floor; swishing jumpers, swatting shots. Some games he looks like the 15th man; making bad passes and dribbling the ball off his feet...

Don't hate him, just get used to it... that's what I've done.

'Waaaah, the fans don't like me, Waaaaaah'. Who cares if you are getting millions a year to play a game for 20 minutes a night?

Many fans do like him and appreciate what he brings both inside and outside of the locker room. I'd advise any player to not read any "fan" board. One crazy can influence an entire site. I'm not sure where Travis was crying in this thread, however.

Can't hate Trout tonight - he blew up in the 4th and pretty much won us this game against the Clips.

Trout just can't win so I feel bad for him. He has the desire and balls to take those last-second, game-winning shots when it seems like many others on the team are hesitant to. And clearly, he can't make them all

Actually, he HAS made them all. He has taken THREE game winning shots in his career and he has hit all three.

You're hating on him right there! You think you'd like to read that about you online?

Is it possible to miss a game winning shot?

I see what you mean. But you know what I mean. Outlaw has taken THREE shots (Memphis, Atlanta, Detroit) in the final 10 seconds of a game in which the shot would win the game if it went in and he hit all three. There are no other games in which we entrusted the final potential game winning shot to Travis and he missed. He's 100%.

His 4-pt play to send the game to overtime in Toronto was another clutch memory.

Some Blazer fans do that to at least one player every year. This year it's Outlaw last year it was Jack. I get upset with Outlaw sometimes but I think he is a clutch player and can dominate a game if he is on. I wouldn't mind keeping him if he would settle for a bench player but from the Quick article this summer it sounds like Outlaw wants to be a starter in the future. I just like Outlaw coming off the bench.

Outlaw gets ripped on this board more than any other player.

I think a lot of it is unfair, I'm guessing the cousin thinks it's unfair . . . so i could see how he draws the general conclusion that at least on this board, posters hate Travis.

It's a phase that is used alot . . . I was just telling someone the other day "all police hate me" :D

I like Travis. He seems to be a nice guy and his teammates like him. However, he's frustrating to me because I think he can do more, but chooses not to. With that athleticism and length, he should be a lockdown defender, but he regularly loses his man. He should be able to take anyone to the hole, but he settles for fadeaway jump shots.

I want Travis to become the player he should, but after six years I don't think that's going to happen. And given the makeup of this team--lots of passing to find the open man, high BBIQ, etc--I just don't see much of a future for him here.
