Over/Under #14 - Final entry for month 1

As some of you may remember, for the final question of a month, it is played more like Final Jeopardy, in that you wager some or all of the points earned to date on your answer. And yes, I know that the next game will be played in December, but I got a late start on the over/unders, so this makes for a more even split.

Since the order could very easily "turn over" after this question, our focus will be on turnovers. The Lakers are presently 29th in the league in forcing turnovers, at 13.6 per game. The only team worse--our beloved Blazers, who force just 13.1. So when they match up to start December, which team do you think will turn the ball over more, Portland or LA?
