The Blazers are so good in close games, but so bad in overtime. 1-2 could be called a statistical fluke; 1-4 is not.
I really have no idea why. It's not lack of clutch shooters; they have them. Sometimes the team gets free throw brick disease, but most of the time they're pretty decent from the line. It's not that they lose composure; their record in close regulation games shows they do not.
Anyone care to hazard a guess?
P.S., totally different topic, but what on earth has happened to the Pistons? They were considered one of the top teams in the East at start of season, now they are struggling to get the #8 seed.
