replacing the Holiday Bowl for our # 2 team in the conference. While I like the Holiday bowl, I can only imagine more exposure in Texas would be a good thing for UO and OSU as well as other Pac 10 schools, since we all have established California as a pipeline state.

It depends on who the opponant is for the Pac-10 rep. If it continues to be the #4 or #5 Big 12 team, it's still just chickenshit. Now, if the Alamo Bowl can pony up a #2 or #3 SEC team, I'd be excited.

If we could keep the holiday bowl as the #3 slot, I think it'd be great. Pasadena, San Antonio, San Diego sounds a whole lot better than Pasadena, San Diego, El Paso.

F the SEC they dont want any part of the Pac 10. But good point on the #4 and #5 Big 12 teams being there, I just naturally assumed in was like the #2 or #3

Get rid of the El Paso crap...put this in it's place. Travelers don't mind San Diego...
