Mike Barrett* said he's bought a house and a car and is happy... I'm glad to hear it.

Rudy seems to really need close friends and family around to keep him happy. He seems to have gotten pretty tight with both Patty and Batum, and his Mom was at the game the other night (anyone know if she's just visiting, or has she moved here?).

Yeah and Mike also quoted Rudy as saying "I never want to leave!".

Embellish much?

Oh yeah, I'm sure... but still, it's nice to hear he's feeling more upbeat... it's like if Tonya Harding never got caught after crowbarring Nancy Kerrigan...

And how about that future all-star Brandon Rush? ZERO points in 24 minutes. 1 REB, 1 AST, 1 STL and -14 for the game. The guy can really fill up the stat sheet, can't he? Man, the Blazers are gonna regret trading that guy.

The Pacers did a good job of defending tonight, especially in the interior. They pretty much shut down Aldridge in the post with Foster, Hansbrough, and Hibbert. It's nice that LaMarcus has a counter to that- in the 4th quarter, he went back to his old friend, the jumper. That and free throws accounted for a lot of his points tonight.

Any word on 'Dre? Just got home from the RG and couldn't listen to the 5th Quarter because the kiddos were sleeping in the car after the game.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to PapaG again. I guess you'll have to settle for dap instead of rep. Hep cat. :D

10 pounds of diarrhea so far. Will you want a morning news update with your eggs?

They didn't tell us at the RG that 'Dre was spewing chunks of jlprk inside of his shorts.

Shazam!

What, jealous of Haarlow?

There has to be more interesting things on the internet than me at this moment, Zags. I am boring myself as it is, let alone bringing up a woman that wouldn't give you the time of day. Perhaps you could watch a replay of the exciting Gonzaga/USF game tonigt?

Damned insomnia...

You've got to stop picking up strange kids with promises of a game.

A Johnson sighting! Good to see with Mills missing shots and not doing work on d.

Could...could this be McMillan not being stubborn with rotations?

Ummm Mills cracked the rotation to begin with because McMillan wasn't being stubborn. Remember, Johnson was the backup to start the year.

15-24, Blazers down 9. Why do we love to spot the opponent a bunch of points every game?

Actually, for most of the season, we've taken the early lead but blown it in the second half. I'm enjoying the new trend of going down 10+ and winning. Much much better.

That's Batum's fifth 20-point game in January - after only two in October, November and December combined. The kid is really stepping up!

WCPOM!

To all the Rudy haters in all the world: Suck it! :)

It was easy to hate Rudy when he hated us but now, thankfully for Patty Mills, he's happy.

Yeah and Mike also quoted Rudy as saying "I never want to leave!".

Embellish much?

I believe Quick quoted Rudy in the Oregonian as saying "I want to stay."

I'm guessing he still has the trots.

Is that picture you as a little boy?

That explains a lot. Everyone knows it's a 27-step process.

Honestly, do announcers EVER do their homework? DirecTV only showed the Pacers broadcast. After Nic hit his 4th 3-pointer, their broadcast crew said something like "Batum has never been known for his offense". Where have these clowns been?

I realize they can't reasonably watch every NBA game, but how about perusing an updated opponent stat sheet before the game? I am so sick of these "fact optional" so called experts (in ALL fields).

Yea but you know how it is. They only see us twice a year, and they look at the roster on game day.

Don't know if this has already been posted:

For those wondering why Rudy Fernandez wasn't pressured more Saturday, Nate said he just sent whoever Collison was guarding down the floor.

What does this mean? I'm having a hard time parsing this sentence out... which is sad, I know.
