Looked to me from that last replay that Ford gave him a little nudge with his hip as Roy tripped.

The Pacers played a helluva game and the Blazers still managed to gut it out. I think it's a great win, and Roy was clearly fouled on the last play.. It doesn't get anymore obvious.
