I flew out of Portland today and the Port of Portland office mid-rise that's connected to the parking garage looks awesome. Has anyone here taken notice of this gem?

I was just there and when I first approached it I thought it was unfinished had been through a wind storm. It almost looked like a bunch of panels had blown off and I expected to see Tyvek. When I did get closer I realized that the missing panels were part of the design, it was pretty creative. I'd never seen anything like it.
