Have your friend work the Craig's List ads a day or so ahead. Arrange to have the entrepreneur deliver it to you, even at the Moda Center or wherever if you're only looking for weed, er......excuse me, the container that coincidentally comes with free weed. But if you wanting to enjoy the buying experience, then use weedmap or Leafly.
