PED hypocricy

I know I'm not the first person to ask, but how come Shrek aka David Ortiz and the Red Sox especially including the WS winners (Manny, Pedro, Curt, Shrek, Damon, Pedroia, etc) are above suspicion wrt steroids but the Yankees get crucified (and some other teams)??? Those Red Sox WS winners were most definitely juicing!

There was obviously a deal cut between Selig and Mitchell at the time Bud stupidly appointed a Red Sox official to conduct an "independent" review of usage in MLB, that no Red Sox player of note would be fingered. Not one player from the 2004 WS Red Sox was noted, despite what was revealed about Manny and Ortiz a few years later.

The guy is almost 38 years old & he's on pace to have his best season in 6-7 years. And he's missed 20 games this year.

This is the media darling of baseball. The guy that shows up every pitcher on every HR. cries everytime he gets a called strike. Takes 20 minutes to round the bases. Failed a drug test, game some lane excuse but yet all you hear is what a great guy he is and how he is a true HoF DH in waiting. This guy, that just went homicidal in a MLB dug out with a baseball bat and was t even remotely apologetic after the fact. This is the guy that gets the free pass.

That blow up had roid rage written all over it. If you have to blow up you don't have your franchise player (Perdoia) ducking for his life.

that has to be it... there has to have been a deal of some sort... there is no way either team was 100% clean...
