I saw that stat, which is why I said I thought he was yalls best offensive post player. and again, if he's confident and hits those shots, well-done. but the key for the Pels in that strategy is that we play pretty solid team/help defense, esp if AD is roaming.

I wouldnt be upset if Turner was the reason we lost. If Aminu is the reason, I might lose my shit lol

I've got nothing against the Pels....they are the Greyhound Bus Station of the league....revolving door roster.....great city....basketball team is finally finding some identity...for years I'd struggle to name the Pels starting lineup

I sat in on a meet and greet with our GM at the time, Pritchard, and he told a small group of us that he, the coach and the owner were all three in agreement that we would never be known as the Jail Blazers again! In fact, he went on to say that the first thing they would look at, when looking to acquire a player, was character.

It was Brandon Roy who insisted we trade Zach because he hung out with a nasty 'posse' that Roy didn't want in the locker room when his child was there. I would say that the predominant feeling in Portland was good riddance to the Jail Blazers and Zach Randolph.

By the way, it was a buddy of Randolph's that murdered a bouncer in a downtown night club when they took their dispute out into the street. He's a no good piece of shit and I only boo Kobe Bryant and Zach Randolph.

All the guys on our team are of high character and the fans and the city are glad of it.

Yall losing Moe is actually a pretty big deal for this matchup. The Pels like going small as the game progresses and have had trouble defending wings. So if the Blazers decide to go Shabazz, Dame, and CJ, it starts to play into the hands of the Pels a bit. Especially is we send out Ian Clark to guard Dame, Jrue to guard CJ, and Rondo/Moore to play with Shabazz

Silly take there. Dame will cook Clark, and Portland has great success with 3-guard lineups, and New Orleans roster will let Portland be able to play 3 guards whenever. Wedge Baldwin should get some time. New Orleans small lineup and weak options at SF allows us to hide CJ McCollum.

definitely planning on having some fun. after watching some of the games today, I still think this will be the most entertaining series in the first round along with UTA/OKC.

I could ask the question, why are so many S2 forum members so against posters from OLive and consistently rude to them? A large number of posters came from OLive at one time or another as it was around a lot longer than this forum has been around. You do realize this isn't some exclusive club don't you?
