with this tactic, you accomplish nothing ...you don't have to go see that play or any of the work of those actors...boycott if you don't approve..name calling is not leading by example....show me how a responsible Republican would deal with adversity using civility....Pence did that. Trump didn't.

Yes Pence was very understanding.
But Mr. Trump was correct, the cast was unmannered and got called for it. A service rendered, as they apparently have had no introduction to proper decorum.

One of the things that I hear a lot from Conservatives is the "liberal-minded, participation trophy culture" and that everyone is too Politically Correct these days. In fact, I even heard it from the Trump campaign.

He hates political correctness, but can't handle his buddy getting his ass boo'ed off the stage. What a whiny little bitch. He can't even handle SNL skits. Dude is pathetic. You ran your campaign off hate and vitriol, mocked a disabled reporter, talked shit to the parents of a soldier who was killed overseas....I could go on and on.

...and this little bitch can't handle people booing his bud, or a SNL skit.

Yes, Donny's thinned skin was so thin that he said positive messages towards Hillary and Barrack O when he could have rubbed in his victory for the world to see. It was so thin that he invited Mitt Romney, the biggest advocate of the "Never Trump" movement that called him a fraud and tried to use McMuffin to run in Utah so Trump would lose that State, to interview for the Secretary of State position.

Labeling "thinned skin" for pushing back when liberals usually have open season of their out of control bigotry is a failed logic. Sorry your narrative failed. I have a feeling he will prove many of you wrong this term.

Dude, when did you become such a huge tool?

Hey Democrats, want help to rally the country around Donald Trump? Here’s a great idea: Have a crowd of wealthy, out-of-touch Manhattan liberals (who can afford $849 tickets to “Hamilton”) boo Vice President-elect Mike Pence while the cast of the Broadway show lectures him on diversity.

But that is nothing compared with the utter devastation Democrats have suffered in the states. On President Obama’s watch, Democrats have lost a net grand total of 939 state legislative seats, 30 state legislative chambers and a dozen governorships. When Obama first took office, Republicans held just 3,223 state legislative seats. After Tuesday’s vote, the number stands at 4,162. There are now more Republican state legislators than at any time since 1920. And if Gov. Pat McCrory holds on in North Carolina, Republicans will match their all-time high of 34 GOP governors last seen in the 1920s.

Or consider this: Today, Democrats control both the governor’s office and the legislature in just five states — Oregon, California, Hawaii, Connecticut and Rhode Island. By contrast, Republicans have total control of state government in 25 states — half the country.

Wow.

Good article. I don't see ANY Democrat winning over the majority of the Heartland in the next few decades. They are just simply too out of touch with mainstream America. Nobody in the Heartland wants gun control or stupid-ass bathroom laws. Nobody in the Heartland wants to be lectured about "white privilege" and free handouts. And nobody in the Heartland can afford higher taxes and more government regulation.

The Democrats better catch on; otherwise, they'll never win the White House again.

never win the white house again? you do realize a democrat won more votes in this election, and 6 out of the last 7 Presidential elections (92, 96, 2000, 2008, 2012 and 2016) right?

And they gained seats in the senate and house, right?

And yet they lost:

-Almost a million votes from blacks
-6 million votes from Hispanics
-20 million votes from women

If that's their winning strategy, then I don't see them winning many elections in the future.

and yet she still had the 2nd highest # of votes for a Democrat ever.

I imagine if they had run a candidate who actually didn't suck, they would've won the presidency easily.

And yet she still lost 7 swing states. Despite all of that. And you're crazy if you think that an old Socialist, who just bought his 3rd $650,000 home, has anything in common with the Heartland.

You're trying to rationalize the Democratic party by focusing on one statement I made, instead of acknowledging that the article itself had a good point. Just stop.

Well, since the heartland isn't the only part the country, I'm not sure why it matters. There's coasts too.

And I never said it was Bernie, i said a better candidate.

What exactly is something that the "Heartland" has in common with Trump?

He didn't belittle them, laugh at their way of life, and label them?

The Heartland only votes for old Fascists who have multi-million dollar apartments in Manhattan?

Interesting thesis.

They didn't vote for a corrupt Democrat. That's the only Fascist I can think of.

Bro, are you kidding me?

He's a Socialist who just bought his 3rd $650,000 home. I know Red to the core Republicans, working 6-figure jobs, who aren't that lucky.

If that doesn't smell of corruption, given that he claims to be a Socialist (you know...the guy who's supposed to give money to the poor), and the fact that he's a career politician....then I don't know what to tell you.

Or maybe it's just proof that the Elite taxing the shit out of people works. For them.

So? Who says Republicans are supposed to be luckier than socialists?

I think maybe your data is incorrect - it doesn't seem like he actually owns 3 homes. He had a house and a condo, sold the condo and bought a house.
Anyway, he gets a salary for being senator, and his wife had a job for a while also. That income will allow you to buy a house, at least with a mortgage on it.
According to all available data, he's not poor but also not rich. As would be expected.
