Game 1 should be Thursday...maybe Wednesday. Klein should be back for sure, I'd sit Boyle. Hopefully MZA is good to go game 1 with 4 or 5 or so days off.

Didn't feel like 5, but got it done in a really close series despite 5 games.

We'll find out against the Caps if we struggled against the Pens or if the Pens just played well and shut it all down. I'll say us in 7 over the Caps.

MAF played a heck of a series and was a huge part of what went on.

He did for sure Mess. I think it is more that as well. Not sure we ever really hit our full stride after the 1st period in game 1, but give the Pens a lot of credit.

Caps will be tough for sure. That will be a long series. I will root really hard for the Isles tomorrow, I want 7 in that series as we get 4 or 5 days off.

Very good we ended this in 5. I wanted no part of game 6 (and then maybe a game 7). Montreal will go 6 or 7. TB will go 6 or 7. Caps will go 6 or 7. We go 5 and get some rest. That is real good for us.

I would love to see the Isles win, but I just find it hard to believe. Their D is so beat up. They will have two non-6th dmen in their lineup tomorrow, Leddy and Boychuk. I think they can win game 6, that joint will be jumping, but I don't see them winning in DC if they even find a way to win tomorrow, which is a total tossup IMO.

It annoys me also. I get growth of the game, but is it really an issue if 2 markets, the 2 local markets for a particular game, don't get the national feed? The SCF I can live with on national only, but round 2 and the ECF...come on.

When it comes to playoff hockey, you just cannot root for a particular team for
an opponent. MAF was exceptional in this series. Pens had a plan to trap, but
in this game they let it all out. You just do know how an opponent will
perform. I was very concerned that their PP while faltering.....would it affect
their overall offense. It was tough to watch......heart pounding tough.
Everyone on this board, if we could, would 'will' the winning goal. I know
I was.
