The NBA will look into a pre-game video shown Friday night by the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Garden that included footage of Lakers forward Trevor Ariza's March 9 flagrant foul on Portland's Rudy Fernandez, a league spokesman confirmed Saturday.

It's funny to see you spiral down and down after each loss, and now you really are nothing but a common troll and a classic example of why Laker fans are viewed the way they are.

Oh heavens no! Please don't fine us, NBA!
What a fucking joke. LA is a joke. Phil Jackson is a joke. Sour grapes from an old man with hemmorhoids.

Got to hand it to Phil. He sure managed to make lemonade out of lemons. Somehow - it is now Ariza that is the victim...![]()
damn straight...all mind games.. Phil doesnt care about the video, he just wants to get under peoples skin. Win at all costs
Even though I hate Phil Jackson as much as you guys, I have to agree that a video of such a play shouldn't be showed right before the game. What happened, happened, no reason to keep bringing it up when there is obviously already a heated rivalry going on.
Yeah, because it's worked brilliantly the last eight trips to the RG and 14 out of the last 16.
JOKE.

Yeah...how does it work in the playoffs?...you know...what people remember
Um...dont flatter yourself and think I was just talking about the Blazers. It applies to the vast majority of playoff matchups Phil has faced. No troll here, just super passionate about my team, dont be so butt hurtWhy the fuck do Laker "fans" always bring up that point?
The current Blazer roster has never before played the Fakeshow, so you can't simply say we're gonna lose if we meet in the playoffs.
PS< You may GTFO now, troll.
I know it wasn't at the game, but the Laker broadcasting crew showed the same highlight at the beginning of the broadcast and said Lakers were going to "send a warning" (directly over the footage of Rudy falling) to the Blazers. Maybe Jackson needs to talk to his own people as well.
Insecure much?
Maybe he's sour because the Blazers are going to be good for the next decade.
Roy - 24
Aldridge - 23
Oden - 21
Batum - 20
Rudy - 23
Outlaw -24
Bayless - 20

Even if that true....what? Laker fans are gonna beat up make believe Blazer fans in their living rooms?
Kobe is 30
Gasol is almost 30
The only young player on that roster worth mentioning is Bynum.
We have the core of a team that's not just going to be good, we're going to be a powerhouse.

'We are going to be. Well', we are already a very good team.
Did I mention we have the youngest rotation in the NBA?
Did I mention, with the youngest roster in the League, we are 51-29? Just one 1.5 games behind Denver for the second best record in the West.
A sour mouth is a sign of fear. I understand your fear, Rizzy.
You will be semi-lucky to make it out of the first round!P.S.
Phil Jackson's body is falling apart. His days as an NBA coach are numbered.

Does this rule exist? I have never heard of it, but of course that doesn't mean that it does not exist.
Assuming it does, I wonder what kind of video it was intended to cover if not this kind of video, and if the team is fined I wonder how much it will be.
Ed O.
yesWhat Trevor Ariza did should not incur a fine, but showing a REPLAY of it should?

damn straight...all mind games.. Phil doesnt care about the video, he just wants to get under peoples skin. Win at all costs
So...cheating.
Not man enough to win fair and square ON THE COURT with your talent, wits and grit.
Gotta have refs and league officials cheating for you all the way, giving you unfair advantage every step of the way.
LA is, always has been, and always will be, the team that couldn't win anything on their own.
