I'm trying to make a background with an Electric plasma gel effect.
The problem is that, when i want to do the finishing, it seems i can't do the filter -> artistic -> plastic wrap , because the artistic option is greyed out.
I tried to do the same thing on another picture, but still the option is greyed out. Any idea why?
Just so you know, it's not only the artistic option thats greyed out, but pixelate, brush strokes and nearly half of them are too.
I'm seriously pissed off right now..
