Kay Thompson having a poor start in a contract year, age/injury accumulation may be catching up with him
Yep, Klay was much better last yr, his start this season if it continues will not bode well for his next contract. Supposedly he's been negotiating an extension with Dubs but it ain't going anywhere so far, he probably wants a LOTmost players are never the same after rupturing their Achilles. Klay has been like most players
This is one of those situations where I would side with the front office. They gave Klay a max extension AFTER his achilles tear and he gets injured for another season after that one. I get that the last contract like Kobe’s last contract is usually like a “we’re taking care of you for all your services to us over the years” but the Dubs already took care of Klay the last time.Yep, Klay was much better last yr, his start this season if it continues will not bode well for his next contract. Dubs took care of Klay already with the last max, not sure what leverage Klay has. I see that pick for us getting better the more Klay tries to prove himself. It's possible Klay is cooked for good. He had an incredible run but all things must pass.
If the final order remains the same as today, the Blazers will have....
Pick 5 (our own)
Pick 15 (From GS)
GS struggling lately, and that's good news for Blazer fans, and anyone who finds GS annoying.

There will almost certainly be one or two all stars available with the 11th pick. Not the best year for 2 Lottery picks if that is what happens, but make the best of it and hopefully get lucky.
Absolutely not true imo. There are multiple guys I like right now that aren’t even in the top 20. A lot of guys that would make this team a whole lot better. Not the best year for 2 Lottery picks if that is what happens, but make the best of it and hopefully get lucky.
Not sure why they compare Sarr wth Jaren Jackson. Jackson was a very good 3 pt and FT shooter in college.
Not very encouraged after reading through that. Either they can't shoot or they aren't athletic. Is there anyone who has both? Maybe McCullar if he can maintain his shooting?
