Its not the government's job to protect and raise their daughter or make sure she doesn't fall into a life of prostitution. It was the parents job. And based on their "solution", its pretty clear they are not adept at handling anything at all.

If what you say is true that it's not the government's job to protect their daughter from being kidnapped and raped by hundreds of men (you're wrong), they cannot fault the parents for attempting to save her life with the only effective means available.

As for their solution I'd say they handled it very adeptly for 2 hardworking parents with no expertise in killing, little knowledge of the criminal underworld, and most likely no idea why nobody would rescue their daughter from a deviant career criminal.

As for pimps, they all should be killed. No credible arguement can be made for allowing their known existence.

And if you get kicks out of railing against parents whose kids don't turn out 100% perfect I think you should be railing against the parents who raised the pimp and knowingly abetted his crimes of child abuse, rape, kidnapping and slavery by not turning him in. They're as guilty as he is IMO.
