Near Times Square..... 1 person in custody.
 
Just what we need, another idiot loose on the streets. Subject in custody good, the act was your trial, guilty you may appeal, denied. step right up to the needle you SOB.
 
Suspect is 27 years old from Bangladesh and has lived in the U.S. for 7 years.
 
The Idiot had a Bomb strapped to his Stomach and it is now considered a Terrorist Act. His name is Akayed Ullah go find him Ron. :lol:
 
^^^ Lil, I really have no idea how they can effective do that. I mean this guy has been here for 7 years and I seriously doubt that when he first came to the US at the age of 20 that he had a half-baked pipe bomb attack in mind. I just don't see how we can realistically legislate and regulate and totally eliminate things like the one that happened this morning.
...the fact of the matter is that we simply have some fucked up individuals in this world, of all colors, nationalities, and religions.

Ron he can in via chain migration. That's the problem.... immigration should be merit based. 1-does the person bring needed skills we need (read, a job a us citizen can't do or won't), 2-pass background checks including immediate family members. You got a living cousin terrorist...go take care of that and you can come here.

...using that logic, your solution should also apply to the millions of freeloading US citizens currently living on government cheese...and if they need more money?...simply have another illegitimate child. The government pays for the hospital bill to cover medical costs for delivering the child and they also give you a raise in free benefits, and hey, let's throw in a free cell phone too!.........nice gig.

Other than the 9/11 attacks, how many people have been murdered by recent immigrants as opposed by US citizens?...Orlando nightclub, Las Vegas, Sandy Hook, Columbine, et al, ring a bell?
...again, the big bad boogeyman is not exclusive to being muslim.

It's all good Lil', no worry.

I've got 29 kids by 2 dozen wives, never seen any one of those snot nosed brats, don't know their names or support 'em either. Only thing I can teach 'em is: why bother to work when the govt can handout all one ever needs, the bigger needs can be stolen at gunpoint.

I refuse to pay for their College educations, why waste money on someone who refuses to work...

What? How does logic apply to US citizens when I'm talking about merit based immigration?

Just because we let someone legally immigrate to US doesn't mean they their extended family also wins that lottery ticket. Immediate family = spouse and children as I am using it. No parents, siblings cousins nephews etc.

Those relatives would have to earn their way by merit as well. It's simple, fair and something a govt is less likely to fuck up.

Nothing is ever 100% fail proof, but my plan as used by many other countries has a significantly better safety track record.

...and most "other countries" have not pissed off as many other countries as the US by trying to force their will and sticking their nose into somebody else's business/politics or where it doesn't belong.

Here's another sad story of a murdered cheated by the "System" Oklahoma in '97 a woman and her kids got away from an abusive relationship moving in with a new partner and his kids. The man whom she left came to their house, shot the boyfriend, then raped his former significant other in front of the kids. In addition he had either done serious bodily harm to or killed the mother of his former flame. Now this SOB is on death row and his lawyer got the pending execution stopped. Why, because the mans health had reached a condition that would cause him a cruel death when they hit him with the needle. My first question is what about the cruelty inflicted on his victims followed by how could a lawyer defend or plea for some SOB like this at a time when he was getting his due. In the case of these types Justice should be swift. The fact that a lawyer could actually defend one of these people is beyond belief. In the case of Mr. Pipe up there we see hundreds of people peacefully going about their business and one asshole has to screw up their day for reasons know but to God. Who the fuck cares why he did it, fact is he did, now try, convict and punish.

I've said many times that I believe that in the case of a convicted murder such as this ^^^ who has already been sentenced to death, the victim's family should be allowed to decide which method of execution should be implemented. If they decide to take turns bashing him with a baseball bat, so be it.
 
I've heard liberals say that the "State" should not take lives. I sat that the assholes who commit these kinds of crimes forfeit their lives with their actions, the "State" carries out the just reward for their actions. I still wonder how an attorney could defend someone actions who were as obviously wrong as two left shoes.

Go one step further, I'd support them selling whacks to anyone that wants to donate to their wellbeing. Now that's a go fund me I could support.
