Go to one and sit behind the blue line. It's so disappointing that more people aren't into this. It's night and day more exciting than the NBA. You guys should give it a watch.
What a fantastic game

This certainly is true for the current playoffs. It's so disappointing that more people aren't into this. It's night and day more exciting than the NBA. You guys should give it a watch.

Literally every year it's this wayThis certainly is true for the current playoffs.
Again, NHL>NBA. No one is throwing fish on the floor in HS or Cleveland, simply because....passionIn case anybody is curious about the level of preparation necessary in order to smuggle a giant catfish into a Pittsburgh hockey arena, it's spelled out here. Quite amusing, I must say.
Hardly anyone in Oregon follows the NHL, so my guess would be all over the place, for a variety of reasons.Question? Who do Oregonians mostly root for (NHL)? Being from Hawaii I'm all over the place with all my sports teams.
Sucks to be you. Greatest playoff sport there is. That statement from most sports guysI will give the NHL attention if Portland lands a team. Until then...

Correct. It was so close to happening that the NHL had two different schedules made. 1 for Pittsburgh and another for PortlandWe almost got the Penguins in the late 90's. They were having financial troubles and I think Paul Allen was ready to write the check, but Mario Lemieux stepped in and saved them.
At least I think thats the story. Maybe someone here can corroborate it better.
