It was still Hefner even after Hugh died. His daughter took over.
I remember reading their first magazine. I must have been about ten. It was right there for everyone to see in the magazine stand. So many kids my age, okay it was just me, pawed through it until they started placing it behind the counter so you had to request it for purchasing. They wouldn't let any kid look at the dirty pictures, dammit. When I went away to college, I subscribed to it. Couldn't get enough of it, then.

I never made it to the mansion. I almost did one time in college as my roomate was banging some chick who was friends with Tracy Bingham (she was on baywatch), and they were gonna try to get us in, but never happened. Some of my friends got jobs being butlers at the mansion though. haha
