Never said there was anything wrong, just saying that holy hell my friend, you seem to disagree with everything that king posts. I find it kinda funny. And yes, I'm allowed to give you a little friendly shit about it. Just like the friendly shit I gave you just now in an unrelated thread.
Except it takes two to disagree, and this dude is sitting here saying "what the fuck are you talking about" so I don't know why you're singling me out as the only one in disagreement here... WE disagree on a lot.

I can't stand the people that complain about those who debate on basketball on a basketball forum without insulting each other or blowing it up into something bigger. It's a forum. It's for discussion. Your jokes aside, people do complain about simple basketball discussion way too much.

So you're really only going to take part of my statement then turn it into this crap?

Neither Wesley Matthews, nor Bruce Bowen could create off the dribble. The "create off the dribble" part was a big part of that statement. The "not as good" was another important part. Butler is probably a 2nd option on a contending team, yes. I said they're not as good, but we're defining the "mold" and "type" of player we're looking for, and I believe by "Kawhi-type", he meant a 3-and-D SF that could create off the dribble.
I know what you meant but it's an insult to Kawhi to even say "3 and D." You basically said "Kawhi is a role player who is also good at some stuff." 3 & D guys are role players. He is more than 3 & D who can handle ball. He's a fucking superstar.

Amen. I dropped knowledge about Rockets and Bulls and Warriors and got attached for it. Anyway, there's an important game on right now that's really close so I gotta watch. I'll check in later.

You're not reading clearly though. You just disagree without even knowing what I'm talking about. Whatever I'm saying must be wrong to you.
You disagree and say the same thing 5 times in a row without even referencing the point I'm trying to make!

"Bones disagrees with Kingspeed" they said.

We're talking about the type of player. Kawhi is a 3-and-D player who can create off the dribble. How is that saying he's not a superstar and is just a role player? That's essentially a player with zero weaknesses, and he does all three at such a high level that he's a top 5 player in the league. So you're disagreeing with something I never said nor claimed. There's players that can do all three, thus making them the same type of player, they just can't do any at the level Kawhi can, so their obviously worse.

But yeah, you don't disagree with me.

Attached? Did you mean attacked? How did I attack you? You're playing the victim card now on what?

Damn you're unbearable. There. There's an attack for you.

What the fuck does this even mean lol

Get rid of this valet loving cuck

It means it is foolish to overreact to this series. He's not saying the team doesn't need improvement and that he won't work to improve, but sometimes it's best to sit back and properly assess the situation before decisions are made. It's not as simple as sitting in the forum and posting a bunch of bull shit.

I agree with this.

See I thought he was talking about the sacrifices of what it takes to be an elite NBA player in terms of improving your game over the summer. The work that goes into being a good NBA player is a sacrifice. I think you're reading too much into that word.

That's pretty much how I understood it as well.:smiley-beerchug:

Enjoyed the season...enjoyed the interviews except for Meyers....he's overthinking and hesitating just answering questions..Olshey was pissed...I understand..Stotts was pretty much silent about anything....my favorite was probably Pat Connaughton...dude is hilarious...I expect him to come back a better player next season. Other than that I worked on a 25 ft chicken run pen for my new chicken coop...I rocked it!

try just talking about basketball....chill dude....your whole post is a complaint about a basketball debate....oxymoron thread material.

Okay bud, but we got stomped by the weakest team in the western PO side. Who should we have avoided? The WNBA might be a close match up..

OKC and Minn are the weakest

Warriors improved from within:

2014- lose in first round

Bench David Lee, start Green

2015- NBA championship

So if we bench Aminu and start Collins we win the championship next season?

There are no more important games. The Blazers were eliminated.

In my opinion, anyone who argues with riverman is wrong. Riverman is awesome fan, older guy, focuses on the positive, and loves the team. If you debate that, you're on the wrong side.

ah shucks! thank you!

Yep. Legit injuries too

Like, should've had surgery injuries? How long ago did they occur?
It would definitely explain the series/how the season ended for the two of them.

*I am not asking these questions because I doubt you, nor do I expect you to divulge everything that you know, etc*

I know no one wants to hear it but it for sure had an impact. Not sure if surgery needed today for either. But neither one was in good shape for a game 5
